In addition to the rooms and staff, we are happy to take care of the catering, music and many other extras that you can book directly with us for your event.
We offer a wide selection from a few snacks alongside drinks to an exquisite buffet or even customised themed buffets, depending on the event and number of guests. What about a BBQ in the open air - we have a grill as well as an ice bar on our rooftop terrace.
In addition, we offer various exclusive service components that you can only book at the Pan Am Lounge. In addition to specially developed cocktails, we have an Irish coffee hour with steward, the Candy vendor's tray and the Bloody Mary girl. What's behind them? Just ask us, we will be happy to advise you.
DJ or lounge music or another genre - we are also happy to take care of the adequate musical supporting programme and put together an individual entertainment programme for you depending on the event.
Of course, we have extensive technical equipment. This also applies to many other events. Whether it's a lecture, reading or film screening - from microphones to overhead projectors - just get in touch with us and we'll take care of your request.
Of course, a perfect event also thrives on the many small attentions and extras that make an event something very special. Simply book the right thing for you and your guests - blue carpet and lift girls, photo wall and photographer, individual decoration, open fire and much more.
By the way - our "stewardesses" can also be booked independently of the lounge for outside assignments as service personnel. You are also welcome to book our portable Satelite Bar for this purpose.
